GRANT OF OPTIONS
Sigma Capital Group plc (AIM: SGM), the specialist asset management and advisory group, announces that David Sigsworth, Non-executive Chairman, has today been granted 100,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), exerciseable at 25p per Share between 30 April 2008 and 29 April 2018. The above grant comprises Mr Sigsworth's entire optionholding in the Company.
