Further to its announcement released on 14 June 2007, Sigma provides further information on David Sigsworth (aged 60), who following the Company’s AGM held earlier today has been appointed a non-executive director of the Company with effect from today.
David spent over ten years as a main board director of FTSE 100 utility companies and most recently on the board of Scottish and Southern Energy plc. David is actively involved in the sustainable energy sector and holds several associated non-executive directorships. David is also Chairman of the Sigma Sustainable Energy Fund II.
