SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC ("Sigma" or the "Company")
Sigma Capital Group plc (AIM:SGM), the specialist asset management and advisory group, is pleased to announce that it has agreed the terms of a £2,429,148 investment into the Company by West Coast Capital, a private equity fund founded by Sir Tom Hunter, via subsidiary TBH Investments Limited.
Sigma is pleased to advise that today the Company and West Coast Capital entered into a placing agreement ("the Agreement") under which West Coast Capital has agreed to subscribe for 4,858,297 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("the Placing Shares") at a price of 50p per share, conditional upon inter alia the passing of certain shareholder resolutions to be proposed at an EGM, the approval of the Financial Services Authority and the admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM. The Placing Shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
