GRANT OF OPTIONS
The Company announces that, on 4 May 2007, options over the Company's ordinary
shares of 1p each ('Shares'), exercisable at 35.5p per Share from the third
anniversary from the date of grant, were granted to certain Directors under the
Company's Share Option Scheme, as follows:

Mark Hogarth 200,000 855,000
Marilyn Cole 200,000 375,000
The options were granted for nil consideration and expire on the tenth
anniversary of the grant.
