SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC ('the Company')
The Company announces that on 24 April 2007 Marilyn Cole, Finance Director,
exercised 110,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares') at 9.5p per share. Following this exercise, Ms Cole's resultant
interest in the Company comprises 359,900 Shares, representing approximately
0.9% of the Company's issued ordinary shares..
Application has therefore been made for the admission to trading on AIM of
110,000 new Shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 30 April 2007.
Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise
38,481,560 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any
shares in treasury. This figure of 38,481,560 ordinary shares may be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
