SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC(“Sigma” or “the Company”) Announces New Chairman
Sigma, the specialist asset manager, is pleased to announce that David Sigsworth, who is a Non-executive Director of the Company, will be assuming the role of Non-executive Chairman today. David, who joined the Board as a Non-executive Director in June 2007 and is Chairman of the Company’s second sustainable energy venture capital fund (the Sigma Sustainable Energy Fund II) takes over the role from James Wallace, who is today stepping down from the Board.
David has spent over ten years as a main board director of FTSE 100 utility companies and was most recently on the Board of Scottish and Southern Energy plc.
