Sigma Capital Group plc (AIM:SGM), the specialist asset management and advisory group, announces that Marilyn Cole, Finance Director, today purchased 13,818 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Shares”) at 34p per Share. Following this purchase, Ms Cole’s shareholding comprises 373,718 Shares, representing approximately 0.83% of the Company’s issued ordinary shares.
