Sigma has been notified that, on 20 January 2010, Graham Barnet, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 842,105 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price of 14.25p per ordinary share, to the Merchant Investments Limited SSAS, of which Mr Barnet and Mrs Barnet are trustees and sole beneficiaries.
Following this transaction Mr. Barnet's unchanged interest in the Company remains at 7,521,571 ordinary shares, representing 16.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
