The Company announces that, on 24 July 2007, Mark Hogarth, Investment Director, exercised options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 9.5p per Share. Following this exercise, Mr Hogarth's interest comprises 100,431 Shares and 755,000 options over Shares.
Application will be made for the admission to trading on AIM of the 100,000 new Shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 31 July 2007.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 43,439,297 Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 43,439,297 Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
