Director's Dealings notification
The Company has been notified that on 8 May 2008 Graham Barnet, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 408,163 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price of 24.5p per ordinary share, to the Merchant Investments Limited SSAS, of which Mr Barnet is trustee and sole beneficiary.
Following this transaction Mr. Barnet's unchanged interest in the Company remains at 7,289,687 ordinary shares, representing 16.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
