DataPA Launch New Live Assistance Service - 08 May 2009

To support a growing number of Progress-focused ISVs and individuals joining the DataPA Evaluation Program, DataPA have launched a new online interactive service called Live Assistance. Developers or users trialing or using DataPA software can now click for immediate or scheduled support time with one of DataPA’s expert developers. The service goes live today and will enable developers to discuss all aspects of installing and using DataPA, configuring a system and seeing their own data within a relevant report, query or dashboard. Individuals can access Live Assistance at www.datapa.com/liveassist.aspx

“Trialing our software gives developers the opportunity to test drive our software and appreciate it’s capabilities within the very context of their business application. Live Assistance adds a new dimension to this opening up the opportunity for individuals to discuss and fully explore any aspect of the technology as well as introducing the individuals to the actual team who lead support and development for DataPA” comments Gary Lamb, CEO
