This conference, intended for students at the PhD, MSc, or BSc level, will be held at the DelftChemTech Building, on the Delft University of Technology campus on Thursday 22 through Sunday 25 April 2010, as a separate conference prior to the WCPT6 congress.
Organizers, Delft University of Technology and NanoStructured Materials (NSM), both of Delft, The Netherlands, have arranged an exciting program for the students. There will be well-known speakers to explain advances and development in key technical areas; poster presentations; and technical demonstrations to review the basics of various areas within particle technology.
Students will also have the opportunity to operate machines and participate in practical experiments for making, measuring, processing, and handling all types of particles.
This event is officially sponsored by DEM Solutions, and will include an EDEM trainer who will be present to give students an opportunity to get hands-on experience using EDEM software.
This will be an excellent networking experience for any student (PhD, MSc, BSc) who is still relatively new to the field but will make up the next generation of scientists and developers.
