Wave energy company Aquamarine Power has been named in this year’s Global Cleantech 100, a prestigious list which highlights the most promising private clean technology companies from around the world. The list is produced by the Cleantech Group, providers of global market research for the cleantech industry, in association with The Guardian newspaper.
Aquamarine Power was selected from a longlist of over 3000 companies from 50 countries.
The complete list of 100 companies will be unveiled today at the Cleantech Forum in New York. Winning companies will also be showcased at the Guardian’s Cleantech Summit in London on 23 November 2010, where Aquamarine Power CEO Martin McAdam will deliver his perspective on the growing cleantech industry.
