eChemist have recently invested in Logicalware to assist in making this easier for them.
With 4 generic email addresses and lots of customer requests and orders, eChemist were looking for a system to efficiently process these

addresses so all agents are working within 1 central area and emails are distributed automatically to the correct departments for processing.

Not only has eChemist achieved this through Logicalware, but we were able to offer them more functionality than they initially realised such as; real-time reporting, agent knowledge base and our virtual agent facility which is sure to come in handy during peak periods and improve processes further.
