Dobbies Garden Centre Expands into More Departments - 07 Mar 2011
In addition to 26 stores across Scotland, England and Northern Ireland, Dobbies's operates an online store selling gardening supplies and providing gardening information.
Logicalware has been a supplier to the online store for some time, processing and automating the many customer requests received on a daily basis.
This week, Dobbies has decided to expand its use of Logicalware into a different department – Dobbies Gardening Club. Logicalware is used to process the club member’s email requests to improve effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction to the club members.
