SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC
("Sigma" or "the Group")
Sigma, the property and urban regeneration specialist, is pleased to announce two changes to its Board, including a new appointment and the creation of the role of Chief Operating Officer. These changes take immediate effect.
Graeme Hogg, currently Partnership Director, has been appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role in which he will support the Chief Executive in the delivery of the Group's day-to-day objectives. Graeme joined Sigma in 2011 with the Group's acquisition of Inpartnership Limited (now "Sigma Inpartnership"), which he also co-founded and which has unique long term local authority partnerships that deliver large scale urban-regeneration projects.
Sigma is also delighted to appoint Duncan Sutherland to the Board as Regeneration Director. Duncan Sutherland, aged 61, who is Chairman and co-founder of Sigma Inpartnership, has substantial experience in major regeneration and infrastructure projects in the private and public sectors. He was appointed recently as a Non-executive Director of High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd which is delivering the new high speed railway network between London and the North of England.
Graham Barnet, Chief Executive of Sigma, commented,
"I would like to congratulate Graeme Hogg on his new role as Chief Operating Officer, which is a newly created Board position. It reflects the progress we have been making in opening up the growth opportunities available to us and the potential ahead.
I am also delighted to welcome Duncan Sutherland to the Board. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of regeneration in conjunction with both the public and private sectors".
