Sigma’s property asset management, investment and development activities are undertaken by Sigma Capital Property Limited (SigmaCP). SigmaCP is a property fund and asset management company based in Edinburgh. It manages assets on behalf of third party investors.
The management team has considerable property expertise gained in the fields of property investment management; investment agency and valuation and property finance. It also has an extensive network of contacts drawn from institutions, private property companies, the investment community and property professionals.
Sigma's regeneration activities are carried out in conjunction with SigmaCP through its subsidiary Sigma Inpartnership Limited (SIP). SIP has three substantial partnerships with local authorities in Liverpool, Solihull and Salford to assist in the regeneration of Council land and the development of commercial and community facilities in those regions. The total development value of the sites within these partnerships is in excess of £2billion and includes the delivery of in excess of 8,000 new homes.
