Our PRS Model

Sigma’s large scale PRS model is capable of delivering in excess of 20,000 new rental homes across key regional cities in England.

Sigma has been working with Countryside (UK) Limited, Keepmoat Homes and Keepmoat Regeneration, its house building partners, alongside the Homes and Communities Agency to create a large scale PRS model that is capable of delivering in excess of 20,000 new rental homes throughout the key regional cities of the country. With its partners Sigma is responsible for the delivery of the land assets and management of the planning and construction process. Once constructed Sigma oversees the lettings and property management through its partner SDL Group, thereby providing the complete long term solution for investors from access to residential land, construction expertise to property management. We believe this to be the only cohesive platform of its kind to deliver large scale PRS housing in the UK.
