Jack works closely with the CEO to support the strategic leadership and operational delivery of the business. He focuses on translating the firm’s investment philosophy and corporate strategy into clear, actionable plans across operational teams, ensuring alignment, strong performance, and effective cross-departmental coordination.
Jack plays an active role in transaction execution, investment analysis, and the management of institutional investor and partner relationships. He specialises in UK Single-Family Housing and Build-to-Rent, with experience across equity raising and joint-venture structuring, Jack has supported and executed approximately £1.75bn of transactions at Sigma Capital Group.

Steven is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joined Sigma in 2016 ahead of the launch of The PRS REIT. He secured and delivered the first Single Family rental sites in the West Midlands and subsequently helped expand Sigma’s BTR model into the Southern region. Steven has been instrumental in the acquisition and delivery of Sigma’s owned assets, now exceeding £1.1bn in value. In 2020, he was part of the founding team that launched Sigma’s first multifamily joint venture with EQT Exeter, which has since grown to over £800m GAV. Prior to joining Sigma, Steven worked as a registered valuer in Scotland. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping fit and playing golf.

Based in the Edinburgh office, Kenny joined Sigma Capital in 2019 having previously spent 10 years’ advising across commercial capitals markets.
Since joining, he has spent time on the operational side of the business before growing his role within the development team. Kenny has been responsible for managing housebuilder relationships, and contributing to the formation of the companies SFH strategy by underwriting and acquiring assets across Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
He holds a MA in Property from the University of Aberdeen and is MRICS accredited.

Alec joined Sigma in January 2019, bringing over 16 years of experience and knowledge. He leads the delivery of development schemes across the Northwest, Yorkshire & Midlands, working closely with our consultants and housebuilding partners to drive the efficient delivery of high-volume Build to Rent housing schemes.
Across his time at Sigma, Alec has been responsible for the delivery of more than 3,000 units across 46 schemes, representing over £490 million of capital deployed across a number of the company’s portfolios - a testament to his hands-on approach and commitment to delivering at scale.

Stuart leads the development management function in London and the South, overseeing the delivery of both the London-based multifamily joint venture with EQT Exeter, as well as Sigma’s own projects within the Southern region, which combined consists of c.2,000 units. Within his role, Stuart proactively oversees the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, development partners, and external consultant teams. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in delivering new-build residential projects for a diverse range of clients and has been a Chartered Quantity Surveyor since 2021.

Mike Scott is Corporate Development Director and Group Legal Counsel at Sigma Capital Group. With over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and structuring, he is a senior transactional lead on both corporate and debt matters, having played a key role in major equity raises, joint ventures and over £1.5bn of development and investment financing. Alongside his transactional responsibilities, Mike leads Sigma’s in-house legal function, overseeing litigation, employment matters, group structuring, regulatory and GDPR compliance across the Group.

Katy is a dual-qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Scotland with over 20 years’ experience in real estate. She joined Sigma in 2016 and is responsible for managing the real estate aspects of site acquisitions and debt financing for Sigma. She was involved in the accelerated deployment of £500m of capital raised by The PRS REIT PLC following its inception in 2017 and managed the acquisition of all 16 apartment blocks into Sigma’s joint venture multi family fund with EQT Exeter.
