Upholding High Values

Sigma has been a leading operator in the development of the Build-to-Rent sector, having identified that there was little provision for professionally-managed, newly-built family rental homes in the UK.

We have embraced and maintain high values within the business and incorporate the principles of sustainability and quality in our business model. We also seek to work with partners who share our values.

As well as providing high-quality, long-term rental homes, we place great importance on the service we provide to residents.  We have sought to raise standards, and aim to create a better rental experience for our residents. This starts from their first enquiry.  We also recognise the impact of our developments in the wider local communities, and believe in taking an active role in supporting schools, charities and other institutions that promote social good.

Building great homes, creating cohesive communities, and providing outstanding customer care are our fundamental goals.  They have the power to transform lives and communities for the better, and we are proud to be pursuing these aims and uphold high ESG values.
