New rental homes help to regenerate Wolverhampton’s Cable Street

Simple Life, the leading provider of new build PRS (private rental sector) homes, has launched its latest new development on Cable Street in Wolverhampton. The site’s launch event was attended by representatives from Sigma Capital Group plc (the parent company to Simple Life) and Wolverhampton Council. Community members, councillors, local letting agents and representatives from housebuilder Countryside Properties were also in attendance, all of whom played a pivotal role in the planning and approvals process, and in bringing the site to market.

The newly named, James Mill Way, consists of 164 new two, three-and four-bedroom homes. It is conveniently located half a mile from the Wolverhampton city centre and 10 miles from Birmingham City Centre, making the homes perfect for young professionals and growing families who are looking to rent.

The first residents who are now starting to move in following the launch, will benefit from Simple Life’s warm welcome and customer service, as the company prides itself on creating a positive rental experience by going the extra mile for its occupiers.

All Simple Life homes are built and decorated to high specification, with modern grey carpets and bright white walls, as well as fully fitted kitchens, including fridge-freezers and washing machines, installed in every property.
