The leading provider of new build homes for the private rental sector, Sigma Capital Group plc, has expanded its portfolio with the launch of 37 build to rent properties, situated just outside Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. These new homes will be taken to market by Sigma’s private rental brand, Simple Life.
Fornham Place forms part of the wider Marham Park development in the area, which will ultimately see hundreds of homes built as part of an eight-year plan.

Sigma’s rental homes are being developed by Countryside, along with several build partners, in the style of a village. It will span across 40 acres of parkland and open space and will include a range of new leisure and recreation spaces. The homes for rent will be built alongside other Countryside homes that will be available for open market sale.
Simple Life homes offer a characterful mixture of designs and a selection of finishes. Many will include open plan living spaces, fitted wardrobe in the master bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen and French windows opening on to a private back garden. Simple Life’s standard specification always aims to go above and beyond the expectations of regular rental properties.
