Sigma Capital and Simple Life bolsters Asset Management team with four new starters

Leading build-to-rent provider Sigma Capital Group has announced the appointment of four new team members, following landmark growth of the business. Under its private build-to-rent (BTR) brand, Simple Life, the four additions will be involved in directly driving the growth of the Simple Life portfolio.

All new starters will join the Asset Management teams in London and Manchester respectively, to help Sigma deliver its pipeline of thousands of new homes and supporting key partnerships. Judi Zouhbi has joined Sigma on the Simple Life London brand as Asset Manager, monitoring asset performance and delivering against financial targets. Judi joins the team from Gresham House, where she was also an Asset Manager.

Also joining to work on the Simple Life London brand, as Junior Asset Manager is Clea Alakija, who was previously a Resident Services Manager at Savills. Clea’s role will centre on data capture from leasing, block management and compliance.

Georgia Whiteley joins the Manchester team as Assistant Asset Manager, overseeing maintenance and standards for the Simple Life regional portfolio. Georgia joins the business from Ascend Properties, where she was the Assistant Maintenance Coordinator.

Amber Hibbert also joins the Manchester team as Asset Management Administrator. Amber’s role will centre around capturing and vetting asset and compliance data and managing warranty defects with development partners. Amber’s previous post was at PLS Solicitors.

Graham Barnet, CEO at Sigma Capital Group commented: “We’re delighted to have three new additions join our Asset Management team at this pivotal time for the business. Already in 2024, we’ve signed a framework agreement with Vistry to deliver 5,000 homes and we have over 1,000 apartments underway in London, and there’s plenty more in the pipeline. Our new team members are going to be very busy! We’re looking forward to collaborating as a wider team to continue to set high standards for the build-to-rent industry in everything that we do.”
