Sigma Capital Group, the UK’s leading build-to-rent provider, has appointed a new lettings director, who will lead on the company’s portfolio in London and the South of England.
Charlotte Russell joined the Sigma team in September 2024, with over 20 years of experience in real estate. Charlotte previously spent 14 years at JLL, holding various senior positions in the business, including Area Director – London Lettings.
Charlotte’s role at Sigma will be to lead on developing lettings strategies for Sigma’s build-to-rent assets in the South, overseeing implementation and driving rental activity to ensure a smooth process. A core part of her position will focus on data analysis to curate market insights, alongside managing stakeholder relationships and supporting wider business development activity.
The news of Charlotte’s appointment comes after Sigma recently celebrated a record period of growth, reaching a milestone of 8,000 single-family homes built, with a further 4,000 in construction, through its Simple Life brand.
In Q1 of 2024, the provider launched four new sites to market in London for first applications and handovers, which Charlotte will now be driving forward the lettings for.
