Simple Life has taken the awards by storm once again, with two further wins and a large number of shortlist announcements!
In October, Simple Life, alongside housebuilding partner, Countryside Properties, were shortlisted for the ESG Excellence Award and the Best Large Development Award for their site, Pullman Green in Hexthorpe, at the Yorkshire Children’s Charity Awards. Simple Life and Countryside were thrilled to walk away as winners for the Best Large Development in recognition of the positive impacts Pullman Green is set to have to the local community.
Simple Life, with housebuilding partner, Springfield Properties, operating in Scotland, managed to also win gold for the Best Sustainable Development for its Bertha Park site in Perth at the What House Awards!
In November the Home Views Awards took place in London at the UKAA Conference. All Home Views Awards are based on resident reviews, with five Simple Life developments being positioned within the top developments for their region including:

Sigma with it’s Simple Life Homes brand, is also amongst the shortlist at the NW Insider Residential Property Awards for the Sustainability and Social Impact Award for its ‘Learning Outside the Classroom’ initiatives, which include their work with Clever Cogz escape rooms, Outward Bound Trust ‘Building for Your Future’ trips, support for Park Palace Ponies in Merseyside and Resident Book Boxes. It’s also made the shortlist as Operator of the Year. Simple Life River’s Edge development in Warrington, with housebuilding partner, Countryside Properties, has also made the final for Large Housing Development of the Year!
