A new standard of rental home is about to hit Bradford

Almost 50 new stunning high-spec private rental sector (PRS) homes are being built by ENGIE for Simple Life Homes in the Romanby Shaw area of Bradford.

Known as Holybrook, the development features a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, so they are perfect for young professionals and growing families who are looking to rent. Customers will benefit from Simple Life’s warm welcome and customer service as the company prides itself on creating a positive rental experience, by going the extra mile for its occupiers.

All Simple Life homes are built and decorated to high specification, with modern grey carpets and bright white walls, as well as fully fitted kitchens, including fridge-freezers and washing machines, installed in every property.

Victoria Hurcomb from Simple Life said: “Although we now have over 1,000 properties in the UK, this is our first site in the area, so we’re really excited to be able to offer the people of Bradford the Simple Life experience. Simple Life has a new standard of renting, offering flexibility, unrivalled customer satisfaction, total peace of mind, and a sense of community that is difficult to find in most other rental properties.

“We regularly host community events on our developments, including fun get-togethers like Easter egg hunts for the children and pizza nights. All new customers are also greeted with a welcome pack to help them out with their new appliances. We also have a 24/7 maintenance line for tenants, and we ensure all of our sites are close to local amenities, schools and transport. Holybrook is no exception, being just two miles away from the city centre and with great schools within three miles of the site.”

Holybrook is located next to Eccleshill Pool & Leisure Centre, Sainsbury’s Supermarket, and Matalan store, the site is less than five miles to Leeds Bradford Airport with close proximity to Bradford, Leeds, Huddersfield, Harrogate and Wakefield.

When talking about her home, Simple Life customer, Jeanie Logan, said: “It just has such a different feel to it, just the attention to detail – things haven’t been scrimped on. These little things make it feel like somewhere you can call home, it’s not just a rented house”

Simple Life neighbourhoods are designed to add character and complement their surroundings perfectly, properties are built in both render and brick to create a harmonious mix – so the home will be as individual as its occupant.

Applications are currently being taken for the site, with the first customers expected to move in in July.
