Adam said: “The opportunity to further my development both personally and professionally by achieving RICS credentials really appealed to me.”

Meanwhile, Marketing Executive, Tiffany Chevis is completing her Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing. The modules cover: strategic marketing, mastering metrics and driving innovation.

Tiffany said: “This diploma is designed to provide further theory and understanding of marketing within a professional environment.  I’m finding that it’s really increasing my confidence and knowledge and I’m already applying much of what I’ve learned to what I do day to day within the marketing team at Sigma.”

Leanne McBurney, Executive PA, is working towards an Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification.

The course is for company secretaries seeking to deepen their involvement and value through up-to-date skills, contacts and expertise. It covers legal responsibilities under the Companies Act, statutory records and Companies House, implementing policies and procedure and lots more.

Leanne said: “I am currently attending several ICSA courses that are relevant to my career progression.  Whilst I have been carrying out company secretarial duties for over 16 years, the group has grown substantially since I joined in 2016 and is still growing, so, the ICSA company secretarial course is providing me with the up-to-date knowledge and responsibilities I need to be aware of to carry out my role to the best of my ability.”

Graham Barnet, CEO said: “It’s really important that we continue to invest in our employees to ensure that they have all of the tools and expertise they need to be at the top of their game. We’re very proud of everyone and all of their efforts and we look forward to celebrating with them when they no doubt pass their qualifications with flying colours.”
