Sigma is tremendously proud and delighted to have won the award for the ‘Best PRS Scheme’ at the Rent Magazine Awards 2017. The entry focuses on Sigma’s new build development at Norris Green, Liverpool.
As part of the scheme, Sigma successfully launched its first Private Rental Sector (PRS) platform with joint partner Gatehouse Bank. This would initially look to provide 221 two, three and four bed PRS homes, which are constructed by Sigma’s housebuilding partner, Countryside, under PRS brand – ‘DifRent’.
Since the launch of DifRent in 2015, over 186 PRS homes at Norris Green have been completed and are fully tenanted. From a more holistic perspective, Norris Green is now the first of many DifRent PRS locations which have been specially selected to form part of the DifRent portfolio.
