Vistry Group, the UK’s leading provider of mixed-tenure, affordable homes, has secured a contract with Sigma Capital to deliver 78 single-family build-to-rent (BTR) homes in Bradford.
The site at Dean Beck forms part of Vistry’s and Sigma’s new framework agreement, announced in February, which will see the partners deliver 5,000 BTR homes for Sigma’s Simple Life Homes BTR brand.
Construction work is set to start next month, with the homes completed by the end of 2025.

These new, single-family homes for rent will help meet the significant demand for this housing tenure in Bradford, whilst also supporting Vistry’s wider strategy of working with partners to deliver homes across all tenures.”
