As part of the agreement for the planning of our 24 apartments at Norfolk Park, Sheffield, Sigma and house building partner Keepmoat Regeneration (part of Engie Group) paid for a public art feature, which has been implemented within the entrance of our site. To mark the history of the land as a game park, the public art is a large sandstone sculpture, which includes intricate carvings of deer, created by local artist Steve Roche.
Rachel Hoy, development manager at Sigma comments: ‘We feel the new feature art at Park Grange House was a lovely addition to the site. When planning a new development we appreciate the grounds history and the requirements of the local council. We are sure that the feature will add a nice stroke of character to the site and will be well received by tenants and the local community.’
