It was a brilliant night for Sigma Capital and The PRS REIT plc at the Property Week RESI Awards 2018.
The awards, which took place on Wednesday 16th May, saw Sigma Capital Group and Homes England take home The Deal of the Year Award for the IPO of The PRS REIT plc.
Sigma, who had 2 tables at the awards with many key shareholders and partners including Homes England, were delighted with the outcome and truly proud to be recognised at such a prestigious event.

The evening went from strength to strength for Sigma, with the consumer private rental brand, Simple Life, also being highly commended in the Landlord of the Year Category. The Simple Life brand houses all of The PRS REIT and Sigma Capital’s own portfolios, so it is an even greater achievement that Sigma’s model is being recognised from end to end, investment through to customer service and product delivery.
Sigma were also pleased to sponsored and present the Residential Consultancy of the Year Award to Savills.
